2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RE-
\{crESTING THE FIDELITY & CASUALTY COMPANY OF NEW YORK TO CANCEL
3 BOND OF THOMAS CAMPBELL JACKSON, WATER DEPARTMENT CASHIER AND
DEPUTY CLERK, OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, THOMAS CAMPBELL JACKSON, Water Department
Cashier and Deputy Clerk of the City of Vernon, has left the
employment of the City, and
WHEREAS, the .Auditor of the ~ity of Vernon has found
the records of THOMAS CAMPBELL JACKSON to be correct:

Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New
13 York be and they are hereby authorized to cancel the bond of
14 THO~~S CAN~BELL JACKSON, Water Department Cashier and Deputy
15 City Clerk, of the City of Vernon.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is here-
17 by directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
18 thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
19 effect.
