RESOLUTION NO. 1183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPT-
ING DEED FROM THE SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS the Security First National Bank of
Los Angeles, California, has tendered to the City of Vernon the
attached deed for certain properties to be used for road pur-
poses within the City, and
WHEREAS the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting
same:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the City of Vernon does hereby ac-
cept the attached deed from the Security First National Bank of
Los Angeles, to the City of Vernon.
Section 2.
The City Clerk is authorized, instructed
and empowered to have the same recorded in the name of the City.
Section 3.
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.
