RESOLUTION NO. 1185
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
DEED FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT~ WHEREAS the Southern California Gas Company has
6 tendered to the City of Vernon the attached deed fDD certain prop-
7 erty to be used for road purposes wi thin the City, and
8
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting same:

NOW ~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1.
That the City of Vernon does hereby accept
11 the attached deed from Southern California Gas Company to the
12 City of Vernon.

Section 2.
The City Clerk is authorized, instructed
and empowered to have same recorded in the name of the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter same shall be in full force and effect.

hereby cerity that the foregoing Resolution No. 1185, was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and approved by
