2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
DEED FROM FILTROL CORPORATION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT ~WHEREAS the Filtrol Corporation has tendered
6 to the City of Vernon the attached deed for certain property
7 to be used for road purposes within the city, and
8 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting
9 same:

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City of Vernon does hereby accept
Section 1.

12 the attached deed from Filtrol Corporation to the City of Vernon.
Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized, instructed
14 and empowered to have same recorded in the name of the City.

Section 3.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter same shall be in full force and effect.
