RESOLUTION NO. 1187
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY TO SECURE ROAD DEEDS
FOR THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, Security First National Bank of Los
Angeles, MARY LORETTA O'DONNEILand M. W. O'DONNELL, SOUTF...ERN
CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY and FILTROL CORPORATION have presented
to the City Council in the name of the City of Vernon, certain
road deeds covering an eighty-foot (801) right-of-way for Wash-
ington Boulevard within the city of Vernon, and
WHEREAS the City has heretofore accepted said deeds
for the purpose of completing an eighty-foot (80') right-of-
way for Washington Boulevard within the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section
That in payment for said deeds, the

City Treasurer of the City of Vernon be and he is hereby author-
ized to pay to the SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LOS ANGELES,
the sum of Nine Dollars ($9.00); to MARY LORETTA O'DONNELL and
M. W. O'DONNELL, the sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred One Dollars,
($4201.00), .8nd to FILTROL CORPORATION the sum of Two Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($2800.00).

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon,

is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.
