RESOLUTION NO. 1192
A RESOLUTION OF'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF G. A. Al'IDERSON AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK,
DEPUTY CITY TREASURER AND CLERK OF THE POLICE COURT OF TEE
CITY OF VERNON ~ AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH
THIS RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Salary of G. A. Anderson, as
Deputy City Clerk, Deputy Cit~ Treasurer and Clerk ot the Riice
Court of the City of Vernon, from and after the 15th day of
February, 1943, and the further order of the City Council, be
fixed as follows:
As Deputy City Clerk - $ 115.00 per month
As Deputy City Treasurer - $ 70.00 per month
As Clerk of the Police Court - $75.00 per month
Section 2.
That the salary of the said G. A. Anderson
shall be in full compensation for all services renderedthe cit~
and shall supercede any portion of any resolution affecting the
said G. A.Anderson as to compensation, heretofore adopted.
Section 3.
The compensation of the said G. A. Anderson
shall begin on the 15th day of February, 1943 and shall continue
until further order of the City Council.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is.
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafterthe same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved the 16th day of Februar~, 1943.
