RESOLUTION NO. 1195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIX-
ING THE COMPENSATION OF LEE ~TENDOZA., C. A. LOPEZ, AUGUST
ALVARADO and P. A. MARTINEZ, AND SUPERSEDING ANY PORTION OF
A1'Y RESOLUTION AFFECTING THE SAID LEE MENDOZA., C. A.. LOPEZ,
AUGUST ALVARADO and BA. WlARTINEZheretofore adopted.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the salary of Lee Mendoza, as pipe

fitter be increased from $5.75 per day to $6.60 per day; that
the salary of C. A. Lopez, as Pipe Fitter be increased from
$5.50 per day to $6.40 per day; that the salary of August Alva-
rado, Gardner, be increased from $4.90 per day to $5.20 per
day and that the salary of P. A. Martinez be increawed from
$4.40 to $5.00 per day.
Section 2. That the salaries heretofore mentioned
shall be in full compensation for all services rendered the City
of Vernon and shall supersede any portion of any resolution af-
fecting said Lee Mendoza, C. A. Lopez, August Alvarado and P. A.
Martinez heretofore adopted, as to compensation.
Section 3. The compensation for said employees
heretofore states shall begin on March 15, 1943 and shall con-
tinue until further order of the City Council as long as said
employees remain with."the City.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1195
was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and
