RESOLUTION NO. 1196
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 1194, of the City
Council of the City of Vernon, adopted and approved on the
16th day of :March, 1943, be, and the same is hereby repealed
and declared to be of no further force or effect.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the.
passage of this Resolution and its approval by the Mayor,
Whereupon the same shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Vernon, and approved by the Mayor of said City, this
6th day of April, 1943.
