A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON D~S-
3 TRIBUTING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ENGINEER AND ASSISTANT CITY
ENGINEER BETWEEN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY.

TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the salary of the City Engineer here-
tofore fixed by resolu.tion at $600.00 per month, shall be dis-
tributed as follows:
As City Engineer - - - - - - - $ 150.00 per month
As Sewer Superintendent - - -
100.00 per month
As Assistant Street Superinten-
den t - - - 100.00 per month
As Superintendent of the Water
Department 250.00 per month
SeotIon 2: That the salary- of Walter B. Hollingsworth
as Assistant City Engineer, heretofore fixed by resolution at
$425.00 per month, shall be distributed as follows:
As Assistant Engineer - --- - . 100.00 per month
As Assistant Sewer Superinten-
dent - - - -
75.00 per month
As Assistant Street Superinten-
dent - - -
As Assistant Water Department
Superintendent - -
75.00 per month
175.00 per month
Section 3J That the salaries hereinbefore stat~d will
be in full force and effeot from and after July 1" 1943 and shall
continue in effect at the pleasure of the Board.
Section 4: All resolutions in conflict with this reso-
lution are hereby repealed.
Section 5: 'I'm City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution,
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
