A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY STREET AND WATER
DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ALL RESOLU'l'IONS IN COJ'lrLICT WITH
THIS RESOLUTION.
THE eI'n COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the salary of a portion ot the person-
nel of the City Street and Water Department shall be as to11ows:

Section 2: That the salaries of that portion of the
personnel of the Street and Water Department as set forth in
Section 1 hereof, sball be in full force and effect trom and after
July 1, 1943 and sba11 continue until farther order of the City .
Council.
Section 3: Resolution NO. 1136 and all other resolu-
tions in conf1ictwith this resol~tion~ are hereoy repealed.
Section 4: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution.
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
