2 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE WATER BOND INTEREST AND REDEMPTION' FUND, 1923,
3 TI-IE SUM OF $74,001.27, AND THE BOND INTEREST AND REDEWLPTION FUND
1925, THE SUM OF $17,264.41, TO THE WATERD'EPARTMENT FUND.

TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
5 AS FOLLOW:5 :

Section 1. That the Treasurer be and he is hereby
7 authorized to transfer from the Water Bond Interest and Re-
8 demption Fund, 1923, the sum of $74,001.27 and the Bond Inter-
9 est and Redemption Fund, 1925, the sum of $17,264.4l, to the
10 Water Department Fund.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
