RESOLUTION NO. 1221
A RESOLUTION OR THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE WATER DEPARTMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL Filll'"D
TF~ SUM ~F $70,000.00.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer of the City of
Vernon is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from
the Water Department Fund to the General F'und the sum of
$70,000.00.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby authorized and directed to certify to the passage of
this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 17th day of August, 1943.
