A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNOll~
AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING TEE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER
FRO)(-!fHE LIGHT AND POWER FUND TO !fEE GENERAL FUND THE SUM

ADVANCED FROM THE . GENERAL FUND TO THE LIGHT Am> POWER FUND
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1147.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOE5 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he 1. here-
by authorized, instruoted and empowered to transfer from the
Light and Power Fund to the city's General Fund the sum of
.62~400.00, said sum being a portion of the money heretofore
advanced from the General Fund to the Light and Power Fund.
Section 2. That Resolution No. 1147 be and the same

1s hereby repealed.
Section 3. This resolution shall take the place of
Resolution No. 1147 herein repealed and shall be in full force
and effect as of the date of Resolution No. 1147.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vemen is
hereby directed to certify to the pas.sage of this R..olution
and ttBreupon and thereafterthe same shall be in full force
and effe.t~
