2 A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINT-
ING CHARLES W. TROWBRIDGE ON THE FINANCE COMMITTEE AND THE
3 LIGHT" POWER" WATER, STREET AND PURCHASING COMMITTEE, IN PLACE
OF BERMAN SCHEIDER" RESIGNED.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DO:ES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS" HERMAN SCHEIDER has resigned as a member of the
City Council of the Cit y of Vernon" and
WHEREAS, it becomes necessary to make a substitution
for his successor to act on various Committees:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1.
That Charles W" Trowbridge be, and he
is hereby appointed on the Finance Committee, and on ~e Light,
Power, Water, Street and Purchasing Committee, in the place of
Herman Scheider, resigned.
Section 2"
The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall remain in effect until further order of the City Council.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of March, 1944.
