2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING ....
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
3 A LICENSE TO.BE GRANTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER. OF THE
CITY OF LOS AlfGELES TO CONSTRUCT A POWER LINE ON THE CITY'S HIGH
4 TENSION RIGHT OF WAY FROM SLAUSON AVENUE.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Mayer of the City of Vernon and the
7 City Clerk are hereby empowered and instructed to .ign for and
8 on behalf of the City of.' Vernon a license to be granted by the De-
9 partment of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles to con-
10 stru.ct a power line on the City's high tension right of way from
11 Slauson Avenue.

Section 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage

of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
remain in full force and effect.
