RESOLUTION NO. 1275
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANSFER-
RING FROM THE WATER DEPARTMENT FUND TO THE WATER BOND INTEREST
AND REDEMPTION FUND 1923, THE SUM OF $74,025.02, AND TO THE
BOND INTEREST AND REDEMPTION FUND 1925, THE SUM OF $17,003.17.

Section 1.
That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon
7 be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from
8 the Water Department Fund to the Water Bond Interest and Redemption
9 Fund 1923, the sum of $74,025.02 and to Bond Interest and re-
10 demption Fund 1925, t~e sum of $17,003.17.

Section .2.
The transfer of said funds by the City
Treasurer of the City of Vernon shall be effective as of the
close of the fiacal year, June 30, 1945.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1275 was duly
adopted by the City Council of the Lity of Vernon, and approved
by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thereof held on
