2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF VERNON. ACCEPTING
DEED FROM BRUNSWIG DRUG COMPANY

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

5 THAT, WHEREAS, the Brunswig Drug Company has tendered
6 to the City of Vernon the attached deed for certain property to
7 be used for street purposes within the city, and
8 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting
9 same:
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
11 Section 1. That the City of Vernon does hereby accept
12 the attached deed from Brunswig Drug Company to the City of Vernon.

Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized, instructed and
14 empowered to have same recorded in the name of the City.
15
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify
16 to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
17 same shall be in full force and effect.
