2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF VjmNON, ACCEPTING
DEED FROM LOS ANGELES SOAP COMPANY, and'STAUFFERCEEJ4ICAL '
3 COMPANY.
4 THE CITY C:eUHCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT.t WHEREAS, Los Angeles Soap Company and

6 Stauffer Chemical Company have tendered ~ the City of Vernon
7 the attached deed for certain property to be used for street
8 purposes within the city, and
9 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is desirous of aceept-
10 ing same:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section'l. That the City of Vernon does hereby
accept the attached deed from Lqs Angeles Soap Company and
Stauffer Chemical Company to the City of Vernon.
Section 2. The City C~rk is authorized, in-
structed and empowered to have same recorded in the name at
the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
