2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE WATER AND FIRE CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE WATER
3 DEPARTMENT FUND OF THE CITY OF VERNON$ THE SUM OF $32$954.5l.
4 THE CITY COUNCm OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon
6 be$ and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to transfer
7 from the Water and Fire Construction Fund to the Water Fund
8 of the City of Vernon, the sum of $32,954.5l.

Section 2. The transfer of said funds by the City
10 Treasurer of the City of Vernon shall be effective as of
11 July l, 1946.

Section 3.
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
13 is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this r~lu-
14 tion and thereupon and taereafter the same shall be in full
15 force and e ffec t .
