RESOLUTION NO. 1307
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE WATER AND FIRE CONST:RUCTION FUND TO THE
EMERGENCY FUND OF THE CITY OF VERNON, THE SUM OF $84,3l5.45.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon
be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer
from the Water and Fire Construction Fund to the Emergency
Fund of the City of Vernon, the sum of $84,3l5.45.
Section 2. The transfer of said funds by the City
Treasurer of the City of Vernon shall be effective as of
August 6, 1946.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
Adopted and approved this 6th day of August, 1946.
