1 RESOLUTION NO. l3l4
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON, AUTHOR-
IZING AND INSrrRUCTING THE MAYOR. AND CITY CLERK.. TO SIGN A POLE
3 LEASE FOR ,ATTACHMENT OF A GUY WIRE TO THE POLE OF THE LOS
ANGELES TRANSIT LINES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: .

6 THAT, WHEREAS, the Consulting Electrical Engineer
7 of the City of Vernon has presented to the City Co~nci1 for
8 its approval, an instrument entitled POLE LEASE FOR ATTACHMEWT
9 OF ONE GUY WIRE to a pole owned by the Los Angeles Transit Lines,
10 and
11 WHEREAS, the City Electrical Engineer has recommended
12 that the City Council authorize its execution by the Mayor and
13 the City Clerk of the City of Vernon:
14 NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED:

Section l. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
16 City of Vernon be, and they are hereby authorized and instructed
17 to execute the said agreement for and on behalf of the City.

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
19 passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
20 same shall be in full force and effect.
