RESOLUTION NO. l316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
THE ORGANIZATION AND RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FIRE AND POLICE
COMMITTEE GOVERNING THE FIRE AND POLICE DEPARrMENT OF THE CITY
OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

6 WHEREAS, t)a.e Fire and Police Committee of the City of
7 Vernon has presented to the City Council,Rules of the Organization
8 and Regulations Governing the Fire and Police Department, and
9 the Personnel thereof of the City of Vernon, for the approval
.10 of said City Council:
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the Rules and Regulations submitted
13 by the Police and Fire Committee of the City Council governing
14 its organization and the Rules and Regulations governing the .Fire
15 Department and the Police Department, and the personnel thereof,
16 of the City of Vernon, be, and the same are hereby approved.

Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
19 same shal1 be in full force and effect.
