4 THE CI'fY COtmCIL OF 1'HE CITY OF VERNON DOES BESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

$ection 1.
The salary of Dr. George D. W~lls ap-
6 pointed as Health Officer of the city of Vernon, shall be and
7 the same is hereby fixed at $100.00 per month.

Said salary shall be payable semi-monthly
Section 2.
9 the same as other salaries of the City of Vernon, and shall be
10 retroactive to January 1, 1947.

Section 3.
'fhe City Clerk shall certir,. to the
12 passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
13 same shall be in full force and effect.
