MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF SAID CIn TO P$TITION THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. TO REQUIRE THE. SOY'l'HERN J>~CIFICRAILROAD COMPANY TO. CHANGE AND REBUILl) THE GRADE OF 'fHEIB ROAD BED, TRACKS AND OTHER STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES SO THAT THE ENTIRE WIDTH OF ALAMEDA STREET CAN BE PAVED AND USED FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
