RESOLUTION NO. 1347
A RESOLUTION OF '!'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
FIXING '!'HE COMPENSATION FOR W. E. ROSS" DEPUTY CITY CLERK OF
'!'HE CITY OF VERNON AS OF SEPTEMBER 1" 1947 UNTIL FURTHER ORDER
OF '!'HE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS
IN CONFLICT WITH 'fHIS RESOLUTION.
'!'HE CITY COUNCIL OF 'fHE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Effective September 1, 1947 the salary of
W. E. Ross" Deputy City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall be
the sum of $210.00 per month.
Section 2.
.
The compensation of said Deputy City Clerk
shall b.e charged one-half to the office of the City Clerk and
one-half to the Water Department of said City.
Section 3. All resolutions in conflict with t~
resolution are hereby repealed.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force andeffect.
