A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!'HE CITY OF VERNON, ACCEPTING
DEED FROM WILLIAM CARTER, JR., AND MID IE K. CARTER, HIS WIFE
THE CIft COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, 'WHEREAS" WILLIAM CARTER, JR., and MIDIE XiC~,
his wife" have tAndered to the City of Vernon, the attached deed
for certain property to be used for street purposes within the
city" and
WHEREAS" the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting
