FUND THE SUM OF $150,000.00

THE CITY COUlfCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

7 THAT, WHEREAS" the City Council of the City of Vernon
8 did on March 16, 1948 pass its Resolution No. 1367; and
9 WHEREAS an error was made in the name of the fund re-
10 ferred to in said Resolut~on:
11 NOW" THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1.
That Resolution No. 1367 be and the same

13 is hereby repealed.

That there is hereby created a special

fund in the City's General Fund to be known as General Con-
struction and City Betterment Fund.

Section 3.
That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon

be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from
the Street and General Construction Fund to the General Con-
struction and City'S Betterment Fund" the sum of $150,000.00. .

Section 4.
That the transfer of said fund by the

City Treasurer of the City of Vernon shall be effective as of
April 20, 1948.
Section 5. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and' effect.
