RESOLUTION No. 1381
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINI'-
ING THE FIRM OF HASKINS & SELLS" CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS,,-
AS THE AUDITORS FOR THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the firm of Haskins & Sells" Certi-
~led Public Accountants or the City or Los Angeles, be and
they are hereby appointed as auditorsfbr the City of Vernon
until further action of the City Council.
Section 2.
That said auditors shall audit the books
o~ the City of Vernon annually and shall make any special
audit required by the City Council of said City.
Section 3. That said firm shall receive reason-
able compensation for their services as auditors for said city.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certiry to the passage or this resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full rorce
and effect.
