2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 1373 AS OF June 30th., 1948.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tim CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT., WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o.f Vernon
6 did adopt Resolution No. 1373 upon the information that the laws
7 or the State of California required the adoption of said
8 resolution, and
9 WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of. Vernon has
10 informed the City Council that Resolution No. 1373 was not
11 required by law:
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.
That Resolution No. 1373 be and the

14 same is hereby repealed as of June 30th, 1948.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
16 shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon
17 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and erfect.
18 ADOPTED AND APBROVED this 17th day of August, .1948.
