OF $50,000.00'1'0 mE WATER DEPAR'fMEI'T CONSTRUCTION FUND, .Alm
TRANSFERRII'G FROM THE WATER DEPARTMDT GENERAL FUND TO THE WATER
DEPAR'l'MDT CONSTRUCTION FUND, THE SUM OF $150,000.00 AS OF
JUNE 30th., 1948.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERI'ON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon
be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from
the Bond Interest and Redemption Fund of 1923 to the Water De-
partment Construction fund the sum of $50,000.00.
Section 2: That the Treasurer of the City of Vernon
be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from
the Water Department General Fund to the Water Department Con-
struction fund the sum of $150,000.00.
Section 3.
The transfers of said funds by the City
Treasurer of the City of Vernon shall be effective as of June
30, 1948.
Section 4:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
