Gentlemen:
Herewith is fully executed deed from Santa Fe
Land Improvement Company, conveying to City of Vernon for
street purposes, an 80 ft. strip of land running between
Soto Street and Boyle Avenue, northerly of Leonis Blvd.
This deed was drafted by the City Attorney in
a form acceptable to the City, and the description of the
parcel is satisfactory to this Office. It is therefore
recommended that the deed be approved and accepted, and
that it be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
Since this is an easterly extension of existing
46th Street, it is further recommended that the newly
dedicated portion be named 46th Street.
