FOR RECORDING IN PUBLIC RECORDS

6 THAT, WHEREAS, the sub-divider of Tract No. 14256
7 has filed with the' City Council of the City of Vernon, a map
8 of said tract consisting of four (4) ~h~ets; and
9 WHEREAS, the same has been approved by the City
10 Engineer of said City of Vernon:
11 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
12 Section 1. '!'hat Map of Tract 114256 be, and the
13 same is hereby approved and upon filing with the City Clerk
14 a Bond in the penal sum of $107., 000.00, guaranteeing to the
15 Cit10f Vernon the installation of improvements in said street,
."
16 const:ting of street pavement, gutters., curbs, sidewalks,
17 drainage structures., sanitary sewers., water mains, fire
18 hydrants and appurtenances, this resolution shall be in
19 full force and effect.
Section 2. '!'he City Clerk shall certify to the

21 passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
22 same shall be in full force and effect.
