A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
BOlD FILED BY CONSOLIDA'l'ED PACIFIC I:RVES'l'MENT CO:MPAltY IN '!'HE SUM
OF $107,000.00
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Consolidated Paciric Investment
Company has riled a certain bond with the City or Vernon guaran-
teeing to the City or Vernon the installation or improvements
in the streets set rorth in Map. #14256 and in said bond; and
WHEREAS, the Pac irie Indemnity Company has written
said bond; and
WHEREAS, said bond was referred to the City Attorney
of the City of Vernon ror approval as to form and said City
Attorney did approve said bond as to rorm:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE!) AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
The City Councilor the City or Vernon does
hereby accept and approve the bond written by Pacirie Indemnity
Company in the sum or $107,000.00., riled by Consolidated Paciric
Investment Company., being bond #128516 and riled with the City
Clerk of the-City of Vernon on September 16, 1948.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in rull force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPRVVED this 19th day of October, 1948.
