RESOLUTION NO. 1410
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 145 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 46th STREET BE-
TWEEN SOTO STREET AND BOYLE AVENUE BY CENTRAL MANUFACTURING
DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon
has presented to the City Council Specifications No. 145 prepared
and submitted to said City Engineer for his approval by Central
Manufacturing District., Inc., and
WHEREAS., the City Engineer has approved said specifi-
cations:
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1.
That Specifications No. 145 for the
ImProvement of 46th Street between Soto Street and Boyle Avenue
said work to be done by Central Manufacturing District, Inc..,
with no cost to the City of Vernon, be, and the same is hereby
approved.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and
thereupon and thereafter same shall be in full force and effect.
