Ii. RESOLUTION OF TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING DRAWINGS AND PLANS NO. 1062, 1063, 1065 AID
BlrD-l064 FOR THE INPROVE:MENT OF 46th STREET BETWEEN
SOTO STREET AND BOYLE AVENUE BY THE CENTRAL MANUFACTURING
DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon
has presented to the City Council of the City of Vernon,
Drawing and Plan Nos. 1062, 1063, 1065 and BlrD~l064for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Dr~wiIlg No. 1062, (Sheets 1 and 2)
Drawing No. 1063,(Sheets 1 and 2) Drawing No. 1065,(Sheets 1
to 4 incl.) and Drawing No. B4D-l064, (Sheet 1) submitted by
Francis Bates, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, to the City
Council of said City for the construction and installation of
sanitary sewers, storm drains, pavement and water mains in
East 46th Street, between Soto Street and Boyle Avenue in said
City of Vernon, be, and they are hereby approved as the Plans
and Profiles for the construction and installation of sanitary
sewers, storm drains, pavement and water mains in East 46th
Street, between Soto Street and Boyle Avenue, in the City of
Vernon, California.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
