RESOLUTION NO. 11+33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING DRAWINGS NO. A3-989 FOR THE IMPROVDIENT OF
EAST l+8th STREET BETWEEN SANTA FE AVENUE AND ALAMEDA
STREETS BY PRIVATE CONTRACT UNDER CITY PERMITS .AND
INSPECTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the CitY' Engineer of the 8i ty of
Vernon has presented to the CitY' Council of the CitY' of
Vernon, Drawings No. A3-989 (sheets 1 to 3 incl.) pavement
and profile plans for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. That VrBW1ng No. A3-989 (Sheets 1 to 3
incl.) for the improvement of East 48th Street, between Santa
Fe Avenue and Alameda Street in said CitY' of Vernon, be, and.
theY' are hereby approved as the Plans and Profiles for the
improvement of East 48th Street, between Santa Fe Avenue and
Alameda Street, in the CitY' of Vernon, California.
SECTION 2. The CitY' Clerk of the CitY' of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in fUll force
and effect.
