RESOLUTION NO. llt36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON GRANTING PERMISSION TO CITY COUNCIL-
MAN J. B. LEONIS TO ABSENT HIMSELF AN ADDITIONAL
60 DAYS FROM REGULAR MEETINGS OF SAID CITY COUNCIL
COMMENCING JUNE 17. 1949
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, Councilman J. B. Leonis of the
city of' Vernon is temporarily unable to attend the
meetings of' the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of' the City Council
of said City to grant permission to said councilman to
absent himself from regular meetings of' the City Council
until he is physically able:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ,IT RESOLVED:
Srection 1. That the City Council of' the City
of' Vernon does hereby grant permission to J. B. Leonis,
Councilman of' the City of' Vernon to absent himself' f'rom
regular meetings of' the City Council for a period of' 60
days, commencing June 17, 19lt9.
Section 2. The City Clerk of' the City of
Vernon shall certify to the passage of' this resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same Shall be in full f'orce
and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of June, 19lt9.
