THE CITY COUNCIL O:b' THE CITY OF VBRNON DOES RESOLVE .AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, \VHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the office of City
Judge of the City of Vernon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
section 1. That John B. Moore be, and be is he reby
appointed City Judge of the City of vernon, to take effect immedi-
ate1y.
