RESOLUTION NO. 1442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING THE
COMPENSATION OF JOHN B. MOORE, CITY JUDGE OF SAID CITY, AS OF JUNE
21, 1949, UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY AND
REPEALING OF O'I'HER RJ:ESOLU'I'IONS, IF ANY, IN CONFLICT WITH THIS
RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Effective June 21, 1949, the salary of John
7 B. Moore, as City Judge of the City of Vernon, shal1 be the sum or
8 Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month.

Section 2. This resolution shall not affect the existing
10 compensation of any o.1'ficer or employee 0.1' said city not specifical y
11 set forth in this resolution.

Section 3. All resolutions, if any in conflict with this
13 resolution, are hereby repealed.

Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
15 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and there-
16 after the same
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
25 I, T. J. FURLONG, City Clerk of the City of Vernon,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1442 was duly
26 adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon and approved
by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thereof held on
27 July 5, 1949.
