A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING~ CITY ENGINEER'S
DRAWINGS NO. AI-I091, SHEETS ONE AND TWO, GIVING PLAN AND PROFILE
OF SANITARY SEWER ON 44TH STREET, BOYLE AVENUE TO SO'1'O STREET,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SectieD 1. That the City Engineerts Drawings No. Al-109l
Sheets 1 and 2, submitted by Francis Bates, City Engineer of the
City of Vernon, to the City Council of said City, for the purpose

of constructing a sanitary sewer on 44th street from Boyle Avenue
to So to Street in said City of Vernon, be and they are hereby
approved as the plan and profile for said improvements on 44th
Street, Boyle Avenue to Soto Street in said City.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and'
