2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING CITY ENGINEER'S
DRAWING NO. A3-1094 (3 Sh~ETS), PAVING PLAN AND PROFILE FOR
3 44TH STREET FROM BOYLE AVENUE TO SOTO STREET.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That City Engineer's Drawing No. A3-1094
(consisting of 3 sheets), being a paving pIan and profile for
44th Street from Boyle Avenue to Soto Street, submitted by
Francis Bates, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, to the City
Council of said city, for the purpose ab~ve set forth; be and
10 they are hereby approved. This work to be done by t~e Central
11 Manufacturing District, Incorporated, under private contract
12 in accordance with City Plans and Specifications No. 1049,
13 previously approved by the City Council, said work to be done
14 under City permit and inspection.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
16 hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
17 and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
18 and effect.
