A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
GRANTING PERMISSION TO CITY COUNCILMAN J. B. LEONISTO
ABSENT HIMSELF AN ADDITIONAL 90 DAYS FROM REGULAR MEET-
INGS OF SAID CI'rYCOUNCIL CODENCING NOVEMBER 15, 1949.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VV~ON DOES RESb~VE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, City Councilman J. B. Leonis of the
7 City of Vernon is temporarily unable to attend the meetings of
8 the City Council; and
9 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of .said
10 Ci ty to grand permission to said councilman to absent himself
11 from regular meetings of the City Council until he is physically
12 able:

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the City Council of t~e City o~
15 Vernon does hereby grant permission to J. B. Leonis, Councilman
16 of the City of Vernon to absent himself from regular meetings
17 of the City Council for a period of 90 days, commencing
18 November 15, 1949.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolutio.n and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
