duplicate of a resolution passed by the council
of the Oity of Vernon at its regular meeting
held January 30, 19.50. The resolution grants
authority to Mr. R. J. Furlong, Mayor. and
Mr. G. A. Anderson, Deputy Oity Treasurer, to
withdraw funds on deposit for the Oity of Vernon
and to have access to any safe deposit box or
boxes held by the City of Vernon.
The copies of your resolution have
been filed in the proper departments and we shall
be governed accordingly. It is our understanding
that your resolution No. 1470 sunersedes resolu-
tion No. 1462 and all nrior resolutions and
authorizations whiCh ai-e hereb1'~celled.
