A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
GRANTING PERMISSION TO CITY COUNCILMAN J. B. LEONIS TO
ABSENT HIMSELF AN ADDITIONAL 60 DAYS FROM REGULAR MEET-
INGS OF SAID CITY COUNCIL COMMENCING FEBRUARY 14, 1950.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT WHEREAS, City Councilman J. B. Leonis of the
City of Vernon is temporarily unable to attend the meetings of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of said
City to grant permission to said councilman to absent himself
from regular meetings of the City Council until he is physically
able:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby grant permission to J. B. Leonis, Councilman
of the City of Vernon to absent himself from regular meetings
of the City Council for a period of 60 days, commencing
February 14, 1950.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of February, 1950.
