ORDER

~~EAS, a general munioipal election is called
to be held in the City of Vernon on the 11th day of April,
1950; and
tVHEREAS, this City Council has, by ordinance this
day adopted, called a st>ecial election to be held in said
city on the same date for the purpose of submitting a propo-
sition for the issuance of sewage disposal bonds in the sum
of $1,300,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said elections be
consolidated;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counoil of the City of
Vernon DOESEEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND OnnER that said
elections be and the same are hereby consolidated, and the
election precinct, polling place and voting booths shall be
the same, and there shall be only one set of election offi-
oers in the precinct established for said elections, and the
elections shall be held in all respects as if there were only
one election, and only one form of ballot shall be \lsed.
