6 01 ty of VSX'Il0n on Tuesday, April 11, 1950, for the purpose of
7 electing three (3) members ot theel ty CouncIl for the full term.

9 (2) years, and for the purpose of balloting upon the tollowlng

City Council gave such notice of said electIon as preBcrlbed by
law and appointed a Board of ElectioD. fixed their compensatIon,
established an election precinct and polling place, and that
said electIon was held and conducted L~d votes east thereat were

Hyperion, as ordered by judgment ot the Superior
Court of Los Angeles County, of which eatiaated sum

the acquisition, construction and completion of said
municipal improvement, to wit: a sewage treatment

a right of use to the extent of sixteen (16) cubic
