2 RESOLUTION OF 'lHE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT 14256.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT, WHEREAS, the City Engineer, in his report to the
Oity Council, under date of April 18, 1950, finds that the Oity
of Vernon Specifications No. 150, prepared and submitted to his
office by the engineers for Oonsolidated Pacific Investment O~m-
pany, providing for the improvements to be constructed in Seville

10 Avenue, from 46th Street to Vernon Avenue, and in 45th street
11 from Pacific Boulevard to 234.91 feet east of the center line of

Seville Avenue, are in accordance with our standards and require-
13 ments and recommends that the same be approved,
14
NOW, THEREFORE, the Oity Oouncil of the Oity of Vernon
15 hereby approves the improvement plans and specifications for
16
Tract 14256, submitted herewith by the Oity Engineer's office,
and specifically described as follows:
(a) The City of Vernon Specifications No. 150
(b) Dwg. No. Al-l105 Sheet 1 - Sanitary Sewer
plan and profile

Section 1. That the monthly salary ot the Deputy C1ty
Treasurer of the C:'i ty ot Vernon, beginning as ot the
