2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY
ATTORNEY .

THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The salary of the crlty Attorney of the aity
of vernon is hereby fixed as follows:
said attorney shall receive a monthly retainer ot
Six Hundred Fifty Eollars ($650.00) for each calendar month of
the year, and, in addition thereto, shal1 receive reasonable com-
pensation for all services rendered in connection with litigation
involving the city or Vernon, its employees, officers or agents;
conferences with parties other than the members of the Board of
Trustees in connection with Ci ty bUlliness; for preparation of
ordinances and for appearance before Boards, commissions, ~ommittees

or other Governmental or business agencies in connection with City
affairs of the City of Vernon.
section 2. That all resolutions, or parts of resolu-
tions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the e1ty of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
