RESOLUTION NO. 1';-04.1.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES ON
BANK ACCOUNT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Vernon establish in its name a com-
mercial account with the First National Bank of Vernon, Vernon,
California, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon
with said bank, and that any of the persons authorized by this
resolution to sign checks on behalf of the City of Vernon be,
and they are hereby, authorized to establish such account.
RESOLVED THAT Vincent Robert paxon, Treasurer of said
City, together with Robert J. Furlong, Mayor or G. A. Anderson,
City Clerk, be, and they are hereby, authorized to withdraw
funds of this corporation from the said account upon checks of
this corporation, signed as provided herein, with signatures
duly certified to said bank, and said bank is hereby authorized
to honor and pay any and all checks so signed, including those
drawn to individual order of any officer or other person author-
ized to sign the same, and to endorse forcash or deposit checks
and drafts payable to this corporation.
AIl resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby revoked.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
Adopted and Approved this 3rd day of October, 1950.
