2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'rY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZ-
ING A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE CITIZENS NATIONAL TRUST Be SAVINGS
3 BANK OF LOS AN GELES.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'TERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 That the City of vernon open an account or accounts
6 with the Citizens National Trust Be Savings Bank of Los Angeles,
7 and that until such authority is revoked by written notification
8 to said bank, after such action by the City Council of the City
9 of Vernon, that Vincent Robert poxon, Treasurer of said city,
10 together with Robert J. Furlong, Mayor, or G. A. Anderson, City
11 Clerk, be, and they are hereby, authorized to withdraw funds of
12 the City of Vernon from the said account upon checks of the
13 City of Vernon signed by Vincent Robert Paxon, Treasurer, with
14 Robert J. Furlong, Mayor, or G. A. Anderson, City Clerk, and
15 they are hereby authorized to sign checks and drafts for and on
16 behalf of the City of Vernon. ,;\11 checks and drafts drawn

against said account wil1 require two signatures.

RESOLVED, FURTHER:
That the City of Vernon hereby agrees with said bank
that this account shall be subject to all of its by-laws, rules,

regulations, interest, service charges, etc., now in effect or
hereafter established.
This resolution supersedes all prior authorizations
which are hereby cancelled.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
